The 10 songs on What Am I To Do derived from a mixed bag of inspiration… For a start, have anyone heard of Aphrodite’s Child? The Greek Pop Rock 70s band founded by Demis Roussos and Vangelis… yes, that’s him, legendary film composer of many Hollywood movies. Add a little Spandau Ballet, thanks Steve! Bits of David Bowie, the Cure maybe and wait for it… Oasis! It sounds so absurd and could really end up as a kitchen sink drama, but hey at bySaabye, Saabye is allowed to make up his own rules.
